California Supreme Basketball 2017 ELITE 17U Red features some of Southern California’s rising sophomore, and junior student athletes for the class of 2018/2019. This group finished 9-3 overall during the spring NCAA Live Tournament events ending in Indianapolis, IN.

Coached by former professional basketball player Mark Wade; a 5-foot-11-inch point guard, Wade played college basketball at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where in 1986–87 he set the NCAA record for assists in a season, with 406 (in 38 games). He spent the 1987–88 NBA season with the Golden State Warriors, and played one game for the Dallas Mavericks in 1989–90. Mark Wade was recently inducted into the UNLV Hall of Fame.
